Responsibilities
- Plan daily warehouse workflows and allocate staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Supervise warehouse staff and helpers to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse and work areas.
- Participate in recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluation of warehouse personnel.
- Manage overall warehouse operations and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth workflow.
